Rug Care

Professional Rug Cleaning Available at Rugs Plus
(recommended every 1 to 2 years)

Care and Maintenance

  • Rug pads are recommended for use with all rugs to help extend the rug’s life and protect the surface underneath.
  • Pile shedding is a normal characteristic of quality area rugs, particularly with wool and other natural fibers.

Vacuuming

Regular and thorough vacuuming, at least once a week, more often in high traffic areas, will remove soil and dirt particles before they become embedded in the pile of the rug.
